A Little Bit About Fiona

Fiona has owned and operated Fiona’s Fancies in Dawesville Western Australia since 2013, prior to migrating to Mandurah from the UK, Fiona was a Lecturer in cake decorating Bakery and Patisserie. After 25 years in the industry and working in France and for the Royal family in 2000 as a Royal Patisserie chef, one of Fiona’s passions was to teach others the correct way to create something spectacular using skills and techniques that she was taught from the age of 13 when she embarked on her career path of becoming a cake decorator and a Pastry Chef.
